PICTURE AN AREA WITH OVER 1.6 MILLION SQUARE METERS, PROJECTED BY ONE OF THE MOST RESPECTED URBAN PLANNING COMPANIES.  WITH OVER 50 THOUSAND SQUARE METERS DEDICATED TO LEISURE. THESE IMPRESSIVE NUMBERS CLARIFY HOW INCREDIBLE THE PLATEAU D’ ÓR IS! INTERNATIONAL LEVEL URBANISTIC STANDARDS WITH 500-1500 SQUARE METER LOTS. WE CAN NO DOUBT SAY THAT THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST GRATIFYING PROJECTS WE´VE EVER BEEN PART OF. CONCEPTUALIZING IMAGES OF SUCH AN EXTENSIVE AREA WOULD HAVE BEEN CHALLENGING ENOUGH, BUT CREATING A SALES STAND WHERE THE PILAR OF SUSTAINABILITY, INTERACTION WITH NATURE, TEXTURES, AND NATURAL MATERIALS COULD BECOME A MINI EXPERIENCE RAISED THE BAR EVEN HIGHER.

THE PROJECT

WAY MORE THAN A CONVENTIONAL PRODUCT FILM, OUR GREATEST CHALLENGE WAS PUTTING THE CLIENT IN ITS FUTURE LIFE AS A LIVE-IN OWNER MAKING THEM EXPERIENCE THE BENEFITS THAT A PLANNED NEIGHBORHOOD, WITH EVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE, CAN OFFER. HOWEVER, AS EVERYTHING IN THE PLATEAU IS DAZZLING, THE MOVIE NEEDED TO SHOW THAT IT HAS 2 SCHOOLS, A COMMERCIAL AREA HUMAN HUB WITH SHARED WI-FI, SOLAR PANELS, AND FIBER OPTIC INFRASTRUCTURE.

CABLE-STAYED WALKWAY AND LOOKOUT

SOME OUT-OF-THE-BOX ITEMS SUCH AS A HUGE CABLE-STAYED WALKWAY OVER A CENTRAL ROAD OR A LOOKOUT THAT ALLOWS A GLOBAL VIEW OF THE AREA WERE MATERIALIZED IN IMAGES WHERE OUR CREATIVE AND VISUAL SYNTHESIS ABILITY WERE EXPLORED TO ENRICH THE PROJECT AND MEASURE UP TO ITS IMMENSE IMPONENCE AND DARING.
