PRE-LEADS CAMPAIGN, LANDING PAGE, MEDIA STRATEGY

THE PROJECT

WE WERE INVITED TO CREATE THE BRANDING AND MARKETING CAMPAIGN FOR THIS PROJECT LOCATED IN 211 JARDIM BOTÂNICO ST. A PLACE WITH BIG VISIBILITY AND GREAT REPRESENTATIVITY IN THE COMMUNITY. AFTER SOME RESEARCH WE FOUND OUT THAT THE HISTORIC HERITAGE HOUSE WAS BUILT LAST CENTURY AND WAS PART OF THE COTTON RANCH. KNOWING THE PROJECT AND ITS INTEGRATION WITH THE OLD BUILDING WE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT BEING A HISTORIC LANDMARK THAT WAS REVITALIZED BY THE CONSTRUCTION FIRM AND GIVEN BACK TO SOCIETY. A HUGE WIN FOR THE REGION AND HISTORY. 
ON THIS AMAZING SITE THE BOTANIQUE 211 PROJECT WAS BORN. ONLY 24 APARTMENTS, WILL BE PRIVILEGED FOR ENJOYING THIS PROJECT WHERE THE OLD AND THE NEW PROJECTS WILL LIVE IN PERFECT HARMONY.

PRE LEADS PHASE

FOR THE PRE LEAD PHASE, WE’VE DONE A LANDING PAGE CALLED HISTORICALLY MODERN, WHERE WE LAUNCHED A SURVEY TO HELP QUALIFY THE LEAD AND GET TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO WERE INTERESTED IN THE PROJECT. THAT WAY, WE WERE ABLE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT OUR TARGET PUBLIC/AUDIENCE, THEIR EXPECTATIONS THUS DIRECTING THE NEXT PHASE IN THE MOST ASSERTIVE POSSIBLE WAY.

THE GRAFFITI 

WE USED THE STREET ART ELEMENT, GRAFFITI, AS A TOOL TO SHOW OUR COMMUNICATION CONCEPT. THAT ALLOWED US TO, NOT ONLY USE THE EXISTING WALL BUT ALSO VALUE A WELL-USED LOCAL PRACTICE. THAT WAY, INSTEAD OF USING PRINTED PANELS OR AGGRESSIVE VISUAL ELEMENTS, OUR COMMUNICATION USED A LOCAL CHARACTERISTIC TO BRING ATTENTION TO THE ENTERPRISE.
